Bhubaneswar, May 1: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik yesterday asked his party MLA Jhina Hikaka to “relax” and questioned why the legislator should quit, as demanded by the Maoists before his release on April 26.
“The BJD president told me that I looked depressed and asked me to relax with my family and friends and be free of tension of any kind (threat of resignation), as I have spent 34 days in the jungle,” Hikaka told reporters after a 90 minute meeting with Patnaik at the Naveen Niwas.

Memorial to the development of parks and gardens of the municipal committee on Monday approved a budget of Rs 10 lakh. State parks in such a Kota would be the first city. The Jaipur Municipal Corporation has announced it, but there has not been fixed yet in place.
